I am using an amplifier and dropping calls more than normal. Why?
Solution

Some areas are more prone to dropping calls. Calls may be dropped due to an automatic software update, highly saturated tower placement, signal fluctuation or poor tower to tower hand-off. This is not caused by the amplifier or an amplifier malfunction. An amplifier cannot correct tower service issues; it can only enhance weak signals.
