Do I have to pay for shipping to return my product under warranty?
Solution

The returned warranty product must be shipped in a protected package, insured and tracked by the Customer. Written authorization is required before sending a product to Digital Antenna. If the product is a warranty repair, Digital Antenna will pay for transporting the repaired or exchanged product back to the Customer.
