Returns
IMPORTANT! Returns are accepted only for products purchased through the Digital Antenna Parts & Accessories Store. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased from our dealers. Contact your dealer directly for information on their return and exchange policy.

Exchanges
Please note that we do not process exchanges. If you want a different item than the one you purchased, please follow the simple three-step return process below to return your original, unused product, and place a new order for the desired product. This allows you to receive the product you want quickly because you do not need to wait for an exchange to be processed, and allows us to process your return in an efficient manner.

Warranty Service
If you need assistance with a product covered under our warranty, please submit a ticket to Technical Support through our Support Center.

Three-Step Return Process
Purchases from the Digital Antenna Parts & Accessories Store may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. The returned product must be in new condition and is subject to a restocking/service fee of $10.00, or 15% of the item's selling price, whichever is greater.

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained using the RMA Request Form below. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Please save all packaging and accessories for any item to be returned. In order for Digital Antenna to process your RMA request, the product must be in new condition with all original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging included. Physically damaged or altered items cannot be returned.

All returns for refund are subject to a restocking/service fee of $10.00, or 15% of the item's selling price, whichever is greater. Original shipping, handling and return postage fees will not be refunded.

Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void your ability to return it. Products that are returned to Digital Antenna with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA service and returned to you.

Step 3: Package and Return Item
Once you receive your RMA number, securely package your return item in its original shipping box with all original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box. Failure to clearly indicate the RMA number on the outside of the package will cause the package to be refused and returned to you.

RMAs are valid for 7 business days after being issued; please ship your return to us promptly. If your return is not postmarked within 7 days of the RMA number issue date, a new RMA number must be requested.

We strongly recommend that you choose a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Once your item is received, the return will be processed within 8-10 business days.
