Digital Antenna Return Policy
At Digital Antenna, Inc., we take pride in the quality and performance of our products. To ensure fairness and consistency, we’ve established the following return policy for items purchased directly from our website.
Eligibility
- Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
- Custom orders, obsolete models, or discounted items are non-returnable.
Distributor Purchases
If you purchased your Digital Antenna product through a distributor, dealer, or third-party retailer, you must follow their individual return policy. Digital Antenna cannot accept returns for products not purchased directly from our website.
Authorization
- All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Digital Antenna.
- To request an RMA, please contact us at [email protected]. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
- RMAs must be received within 30 days of issuance or will be voided.
Shipping & Restocking
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipments sent collect will be refused.
- Items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during return transit.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns (e.g., customer ordering error).
- Used, damaged, or incomplete items will not be accepted for credit.
Refunds & Processing
- Refunds are issued once the return is received, inspected, and approved.
- Please allow up to 30 days for processing.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or Warranty-Related Returns
- If your product is defective within the warranty period, please follow our Warranty Policy for service.
- Warranty claims also require an RMA.
- Digital Antenna will cover ground shipping back to you for repaired or replacement items under warranty.
Important Notes
- Customers claiming shortages or shipping errors must notify Digital Antenna within 5 business days of receipt.
- Products altered, misused, or installed improperly are not eligible for return or refund.
