Digital Antenna Shipping Policy

At Digital Antenna, Inc., we strive to ship orders quickly and securely. Below are our standard shipping guidelines for orders placed directly on our website.

Processing & Handling

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS.
  • Standard Ground shipping is our default method. Expedited services (2-Day, Overnight) are available at checkout for an additional cost.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.
  • Larger items such as antennas may incur higher shipping costs due to their length, weight, and special handling requirements.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, including any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders.

Delivery Estimates

  • Ground shipping within the continental U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier conditions, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery.
  • If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 5 business days so we can file a claim with the carrier.
  • Digital Antenna is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows delivery; please file a claim with the carrier directly.

International Shipping

  • International orders are accepted; however, customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
  • Some oversized antennas may not be eligible for international shipping due to carrier restrictions.
