Warranty Information
At Digital Antenna, Inc., we stand behind the quality of our products.
Coverage
- Antennas: Five (5) year limited warranty
- Accessories: One (1) year limited warranty
We warrant that our products, at the time of shipment, are free from defects in materials and workmanship and meet Digital Antenna’s published specifications, or if applicable, the customer’s specifications previously approved in writing.
Warranty Service
If a product does not meet these standards, Digital Antenna will, at our discretion, repair or replace it. To qualify:
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Written notice of the issue must be received within the applicable warranty period.
- The product must be returned in a protected shipping container with prior written authorization and a valid Digital Antenna RMA number clearly marked on the package.
Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product to Digital Antenna.
- Digital Antenna covers ground shipping costs for warranty-repaired items back to the customer.
- If express shipping is requested, the customer must pay this fee in advance.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on out-of-warranty items.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover products that Digital Antenna determines to have been subjected to:
- Mishandling or misuse
- Neglect or improper testing
- Unauthorized repair, alteration, or assembly
- Damage caused by processing that alters physical or electrical properties
- Damage caused by natural disasters, Acts of God, or other events beyond Digital Antenna’s control
